After standing on abunai 2010, we were invited by people from the “Stripdagen”. They wanted us to help them to show Stripdagen visitors what the anime/japanese culture is all about! So, of course we will be there. We will not have a full cafe, instead of that we will serve the people who are standing in lines or walking around the Stripdagen halls drinks and cupcakes. We hope the visitors will appreciate our help and that they will get a taste of the Japanse Culture ^_^

Stripdagen will be on 25 & 26 September. The location will be in Houten, the same location as Chibicon 2009 & 2010. We will only be there on Saturday the 25th.

maid cafe abunai = great succes

Hi everybody,

Maid cafe was a great success at Abunai. Unfortunately we couldn’t serve all our products like curry and Japanese tea. But still we had a great time serving our fans our other sweets and our new product: onigiri. We hope you had a great time too.

Because we were limited in our products due to hotel restrictions we were sold out after the second day. So the maid cafe was closed on sunday. We are very sorry for that and hope we can attend abunai next year for the full 3 days :3

We want to thank our 2 new maids: Chizuka and Kasumi . They have put a great effort in our maid cafe. Also the 2 maids will be staying permanently in our cafe and we’re busy making their own outfits too. Pictures of the new maids and our other 8 maids, so in total 10 maids will be on-line soon.

Also we had some other new things: gamecompo, photo corner and t-shirts for sale. The gamecompo was a fun added value and alot of our visitors had a great time playing this game. For the ones who wants to know the name of the game to play it again; Trigger Heart Exelica available for Dreamcast, Xbox en PS2. Winner of the gamecompo is: Mark S. met een high score of 17+ million

Photo corner was a lot of fun too, our visitors had a little extra time for making a picture with their serving maids and if available more maids. Also they could buy a printed photo with the signatures of all the maids. It’s a nice memory of our maid cafe and we are glad we could give our fans a great time with serving them a lot of yummy sweets and have a picture with our fans. We also want to thank our new photographer “Youri” for making all the great photos ( coming on-line this week ) and having a lot of fun with the maids and our maid cafe visitors.

We had our very own t-shirt with our mascot hana-tan. All our shirts where sold out! ^__^ Also a shirt was given to the prize winners of the gamecompo! We hope more fans are interested in our shirts in the future, we are very busy with making more designs.

bad >_< & good ^__^ news

We have some bad news and good news O_O.

Unfortunately Chibicon 2010 was also the last chibicon ever! So naturally that means, our maid cafe will not be there for next year. And thats a pity, because we really loved and enjoyed to serve you guys at chibicon! We want to thank chibicon for the great time we had
We hope that our fans will visit us on other conventions and that the anime conventions will keep growing, so more conventions will be here in holland to enjoy.

So that was the bad news >_<. Now some good news ;). After a lot of communication and frustrations, we can continue prepare our cafe for abunai. There where some problems, but these are luckily all solved. We aren't going to let our fans down!

We will have a maid cafe with 2 new maids, games with the maids, updated menu, competition with prizes and photoshoots! You can enjoy all these things in our maid cafe, so be sure to visit us on Abunai!

some preperations ^_^

Hello maid fans,

Still some weeks to go and then Abunai will be there for a long 3 days weekend convention. Off course we will be there the full 3 days too :3. Just like Chibicon we will serve you our new sweets 2010. Mmmm… a big piece of strawberry cheesecake will be available, also we will try to serve you more of our home made sweets. On Chibicon it was sold out very quickly, so we hope to serve you a lot of more on Abunai.

Our menu is almost done, also we will introducing an other new product on our menu and a special. But thats a surprise ^_^.

We are preparing a game compo in our maid cafe. We have nice prizes for the winners, so be sure to join the compo . The prize will be a surprise until Abunai convention O_O.

Hello maid fans,

Abunai is just a few weeks away and then you can enjoy our cafe again ^_^.

At the moment we are very busy with preparations for this weekend. And of course we are very busy with making improvements too.

The things we will improve is the interaction between our customers and our maids. Thats also the reason we will introduce 2 new maids. So we have more time for you!

We will have games again, like last year. We also have a special corner for the photos So you can have a little moment for that.

Also we will organize a competition, but more information about that later.

We hope to see you in our cafe on Abunai.

Photos Chibicon

Hello maid fans,

It’s been 2 days since Chibicon. Despite the heat, we had a great time. We also hope you enjoyed our service and our new products. Especially the big fresh watermelons. It was to bad we couldn’t serve all the people in this heat. There where a lot visitors, more then last year. So a lot of the products where sold out very soon. But for next year, we will be better prepared for this big group of fans.

Because of the huge amount of visitors we couldn’t give you the service we normally do, like a game or a picture. We hope you understand this, and make it up to you at Abunai ^__^.

Of course we have made a lot of pictures. You can watch those pictures on our picture’s page. Stay tuned for more updates, very soon. A lot of more pictures will be uploaded. Also if you have pictures from our maid cafe, please leave a link in a comment beneath :3

For now we have to wait till Abunai. Well still a few weeks to go. So a lot of new preparations are coming up.

Hello chibicon visitors,

Time goes so fast. Still 1 week to go and we will see you all in Expo Houten for the Chibicon Convention.

We are very busy with preperations for Chibicon. Our menu is finished. We had a lot of new ideas and have chosen the best products for our menu. We hope you will enjoy the new sweets, as much as our sweets we allready have. Also the maids will be busy in the kitchen and make some home made sweets ^__^
