It has been 3 days since Chibicon now…and it was a great success again!
The setup was very nice, chibicon really did their best for us.

Let me look back at the con.
We arrived about an hour before the con opened, so we set up all our stuff at the location.
The location was an open room with lots of space and a very nice counter.
I already saw that the open location might become a problem for crowd control, and i was proven right.
There were too many customers at some points! O_O
Even with 8 maids and me we were busy as hell most of the time, luckily we had some nice gophers to help us with crowd control.

Another thing that made the start a little rusty was the time written in the con booklet, we were supposed to open at 12.00, but were forced to open at 10.30-11.00 because of the open location.
People were already sitting in our cafe and asking for our products.
Because of that we couldn’t hold the planned maid meeting at 11.30 to talk about a work strategy…so this was held during the cafe at about 12.00.
After the maid meeting, things went a lot better and structured :3

Our products were selling great and everyone loved the cafe!
The maids and I have gotten lots of compliments about the looks of our improved cafe and our food.
At the start things didn’t go super because we couldn’t have a meeting because of the miss communication between Sparkling Potpourri and Chibicon about the opening time.
But the maids picked up the serving rhythm very fast after the maid meeting and we were working like a well oiled machine
All the maids and myself had a wonderful time at Chibicon serving all our customers, we were very busy but it was lots of fun again!

I would like to thank Chibicon for the outstanding arrangements for our cafe!
It was very professional, and we would love to continue serving at Chibicon in the future!
